HOUSE RULES — VILLA MARIA
Welcome to Villa Maria.
Please respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay for all guests and to help preserve the villa and its facilities.
1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is possible only with prior approval from the host.
Before departure, please:
turn off all air conditioning units,
close all windows and doors,
return the keys as agreed.
2. NUMBER OF GUESTS
Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay at the property.
The following are not permitted without prior approval:
additional visitors,
gatherings or events,
overnight guests not included in the reservation.
3. PARTIES AND NOISE
Villa Maria is not a party property.
Strictly prohibited:
parties,
events,
loud music,
excessive noise.
Please respect quiet hours:
from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
immediate termination of the stay without refund.
4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including damage to:
furniture,
electronics,
pool equipment,
glass surfaces,
outdoor facilities,
decorations and appliances.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
Intentional damage, unreported damage, or theft may result in:
additional charges,
use of the security deposit,
reports to booking platforms and authorities.
5. SWIMMING POOL
The pool is used at the guest’s own risk.
Pool rules:
diving and jumping into the pool are prohibited,
glass bottles and glasses are not allowed around the pool area,
children must always be supervised by adults,
food is not allowed inside the pool,
unsafe use of the pool under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
Any damage to pool equipment or excessive contamination requiring special cleaning will be charged to the guest.
6. AIR CONDITIONING
Please:
do not leave air conditioning running when leaving the villa,
keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioning is operating.
Excessive or irresponsible use may cause damage and additional costs.
7. SMOKING
Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas using ashtrays provided.
If smoke odor or damage is detected inside the property:
additional professional cleaning fees may apply.
8. PETS
Pets are not allowed.
9. SAFETY
For your safety, please:
lock doors when leaving the property,
do not leave valuables unattended,
use the barbecue, kitchen appliances, and electrical equipment responsibly.
The host is not responsible for:
lost or stolen personal belongings.
10. SECURITY CAMERAS
The property may have security cameras installed only in outdoor areas for property protection and guest safety.
Cameras never monitor private indoor spaces.
11. MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
Please report immediately:
any malfunction,
water leaks,
electrical issues,
pool or air conditioning problems.
Prompt reporting helps prevent larger damage and allows quick repairs.
12. CLEANLINESS AND WASTE
Please keep the villa reasonably clean during your stay. Do not use beds or indoor furniture while wearing tanning oils or heavy body creams, as they may stain linens and upholstery.
Before departure:
dispose of waste in designated bins,
do not leave food or garbage outside the property.
13. CHECK-OUT CONDITION
Guests are not expected to perform deep cleaning; however, the villa must be left in a reasonable and tidy condition.
Additional cleaning fees may apply in cases of:
excessive mess,
stains,
vomiting,
excessive garbage,
misuse of the property.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF HOUSE RULES
By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge that they have:
read,
understood,
and accepted these house rules.
